Diabolico
When the demons are first released from their tomb Diabolico is their leader. His mission is to destroy Mariner Bay and Rebuild Queen Bansheera's palace. When he runs out of monsters he fights the Rangers himself. He is defeated but later brought back by Vypra and Loki. He constantly feudes with Olympius over who should have the star power. When Queen Basheera forces him to destroy Loki he vows that he will not do her bidding anymore. Olympius defeats him in battle and takes controll of his body. The Rangers reluctanly destroy him since he has helped them out.
