Bulk and Skull
Bulk and Skull are two punks. They are always causing trouble. Often times they get caught up in the Rangers adventures. After being saved by the Rangers they spend most of their time trying to find out the identities of the Rangers. After many failed attempts they give up and join the Junior Police Patroll.
