Dr. Tommy Oliver
Dr. Oliver came to Reefside as a biology teacher. He also planed to
continue his work on the technology that soon became the power of the Dino
Thunder Rangers. At first he just acted as a mentor for the new Rangers.
But it wasn't long before he got his own Dino Gem and became the Black Ranger.Back
