Gridster: Well I see I have a bit of a problem. Those punks destroyed all my henchmen. All I have left are these worthless Destroyers.
He walks over to the group of Destroyers that are against the wall.
Gridster: Even a large number combine into one can't stop those Rangers.
He gets a surprised look on his face.
Gridster: Yessss. I did combine them. That must mean I still have some creative power left in me.
He holds his arms over his head. He begins to glow.
Gridster: I can feel it. The Dark Crystal must have concentrated my energies. It's as if I were a 100,000 years younger.
He gets a dark grin on his face.
Gridster: Which means that I can create any monster I wish from anything. Watch out Rangers. Gridster is more powerful than you could imagine.
He laughs hysterically.
Act 2
Scene 1
Setting: The Ranger's quarters. They are sitting around the room talking.
Karen: I wonder if we could get them to show us what happens to us in our future.
Tai: That would be awsome. I could find out if Kara will ever go out with me.
Kara: You don't need them to tell you the answer to that. It's NO!
Joe: You never know Kara. Stranger things have happened.
Victor: Yeah, like being sent 1000 years into the future to fight Gridster again.
Max: The biggest thing that bothers me is that he seems so much stronger than he was before. I thought the Dark Crystal would've drained his power.
Karen: It should have. I wonder why it didn't.
Tai: Well, it was his original source of power, remember. He used it when he fought us to make himself stronger.
Joe: I bet being inside it for that long really concentrated the energy.
Max: If that's the case then we don't stand a chance.
Victor: Not with our old powers, but with Time Force's technology I think we can pull it off. Look how much these Chrono Morphers boost the Power Coins.
Tai: That's another thing I'm worried about.
Kara: Why?
Tai: Because if the coins can't take the extra energy they'll be destroyed. Then Gridster will have no opposition.
Victor: Good point. We'll have to be careful.
Scene 2
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster is still working on a plan to defeat the Rangers.
Gridster: I wonder what I'll use first to make a monster. I would like to use something futuristic. That way the Ranger's won't know much about it.
He paces around a little.
Gridster: But with Time Force helping them they might be able to find a weakness unless.....
He gets a bright grin on his face.
Gridster: That's it! I'll use one of Time Force's weapons. Now to locate a powerful one.
He looks at the earth. His eyes fix on Time Force storage building. He scans inside it and finds a crate of brand new blasters.
Gridster: Those will do nicley.
Scene 3
Setting: A meeting room in Time Force headquarters. The Eastern Rangers are standing up front with Captain Logan. In the seats are a large number of officers and cadets.
Captain Logan: The Rangers will now brief you all on just what kind of monster we are dealing with. Victor...
Victor walks over to the podium and takes Logan's place.
Victor: Thank you Captain. As you all know, my friends and I are from the year 1997. We've been brought here to stop the monster known as Gridster.
A 3 dimentional hologram appears in the middle of the stage. It shows two creatures standing in space facing each other.
Victor: In another dimention centuries before our time two beings, Morphster and Gridster, were battling for controll of that universe. Morphster was trying to defend it's freedom, while Gridster was trying to enslave it. The two were the most powerful beings in that universe. Tired of useless struggles they both used their most powerful attacks.
The two figures in the hologram charge up energy and fire it at each other. There is a massive explosion.
Victor: As you see, neither of them won. The blast was so powerful that the entire dimention was destroyed. The energy from this dimention would later be tapped into to create the first Power Rangers. This dimention is now known as the Morphing Grid.
The hologram dissapears.
Victor: Gridster's essence was again given a body in 1996 by Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa. Although this new form was much weaker than his original, it didn't take him long to regain his old powers. He is capable of destroying this universe as he did his own. It is my job, along with the other Rangers, to stop him.
Scene 4
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster has gathered many Destroyers in front of him.
Gridster: Your job will be to infiltrate the Time Force storage unit and retrieve the blasters. I will then make a monster that will destroy the Eastern Rangers. Do you understand?
All the Destroyers nod affirmitivley.
Gridster: Good. Now go!
The Destroyers transform into lightning bolts and teleport to Earth.
Gridster: I will soon rule that miserable planet.
He smirks.
Scene 5
Setting: The meeting room. Victor is continuing his speach. An officer comes in and pulls Captain Logan aside. After a moment Logan runs up to Victor.
Captain Logan(quietly): I need to speak with all of you right now.
Victor: Please excuse us for a moment.
The Rangers all follow Logan into the hallway.
Tai: What's up?
Captain Logan: Some Destroyers are attacking one of our storage facilities. You need to go stop them now.
Kara: Why would they be messing with storage?
Joe: Weapons is my guess.
Captain Logan: We can't afford to let them get any of our technology. Hurry.
Max: You got it.
All Rangers: IT'S MORPHING TIME!

Scene 6
Setting: The storage facility. Destroyers are everywhere. Time Force officers are running all over the place. There are many laying on the ground wounded. The Rangers teleport in.
Karen: This looks bad.
Max: Heads up, here they come!
The Rangers are pinned against a wall.
Joe: Great. Let's do this!
Victor and Max are on the far left and right sides. Victor sweeps the legs out from under two Destroyers. Max grabs one and flips it in front of him. Just as he is about to toss it to the ground a beam fired from anther Destroyer hits it. It sparks and shuts down.
Max: Whow! These guys aren't playing around.
There are Destroyers in front of Tai, Kara, Joe, and Karen. The Rangers charge forward at once slaming the Destroyers into the wall. That halway is now clear.
Kara: Any idea where we gotta go now?
Joe: Not a clue.
Karen: I don't wana split up in here.
A large number of Destroyers run down the hall carrying a weapons case. They ignore the Rangers and just keep running.
Tai: I think they just showed us the way. Come on!
The Rangers start running after them.
Victor: Stop right now!
The Destroyers ignore him. Max and Joe pull out their laser pistols and start firing. They manage to take down a few but it only slows the Rangers down trying to step over their bodies.
Victor: Don't do that again.
Joe: Sorry.
The Destroyers exit the building. The Rangers run out just seconds after them. The Destroyers set the case down and regroup.
Tai: We've got you now.
Destroyer: Oh my. I do not care!
Victor: Get them!
The Rangers charge forward. Just before they get to the Destroyers Gridster teleports the case and the robots away. The Rangers stop.
Kara: Crap! They got away.
Max: We better go tell Captain Logan.
They teleport away.
Act 3
Scene 1
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster is staring at the blaster case.
Gridster: Excellent. Now those Rangers will be destroyed.
The Destroyers stand back. Gridster reaches out towards the case. His hand begins to glow. After a few moments the case glows too. The blasters lift out of the case and arrange themselves in a humanoid pattern. They slowly fuse together and create a solid form. The form lands on the floor and stops glowing. It's eyes light up.
Creature: I am Gigatron. How may I serve you?
Gridster: I demand a demonstration of your powers. Destroyers!
The Destroyers begin attacking Gigatron. They quickly overpower him and have him pinned on the floor.
Gridster: Pathetic. You're worthless!
Gigatron: Take this!
There is a bright flash of light in the pile. The Destroyers go flying in all directions. Gridster stares in surprise. Gigatron stands up.
Gigatron: How's that for power?
Gridster: Can you do that to the Rangers?
Gigatron: Easily.
Gridster: Go to Earth and take them out.
Gigatron: Consider it done.
He appears to separate into the blasters and teleports away.
Scene 2
Setting: Downtown Silver Hills. Gigatron arrives. People begin to run in fear.
Gigatron: Don't run away. I haven't even gotten started yet.
He streatches out his arms. Most of the blasters on his body start gathering energy. The beams shoot out in all directions causing massive destruction.
Gigatron: Now you can run away.
He starts laughing.
Scene 3
Setting: Time Force Headquaters. The Rangers are talking with one of Captain Logan's assistants.
Assitant: So you don't think Gridster is going to equip his forces with the blasters?
Joe: It's not his style.
Kara: Besides, he knows we have no problem taking out the Destroyers.
Max: I just hope we can handle whatever he's cooking up.
Alarms start sounding all through the compound. An officer runs up to the Rangers.
Officer: You have to get out there right now.
Victor: What's happening?
Officer: Some kind of monster is attacking the city. It just took out a 1 block area with a single blast.
Tai: This guy sounds nasty.
Karen: Let's get this over with.
All Rangers: IT'S MORPHIN TIME!

Scene 4
Setting: Downtown. Gigatron is standing in the middle of a large area of rubble.
Gigatron: At this rate I'll have no problem leveling this place. Now to go over there to that nice residential area.
He begins walking towards the houses. The Eastern Rangers teleport in.
Victor: That's far enough creep.
Karen: Who do you think you are to hurt all these people?
Gigatron: I am Gigatron, and I will kill you all and then finish crushing this city.
Joe: Not if we get you first.
The Rangers charge at Gigatron.
Gigatron: This is gonna be too easy.
Victor: Fire Staff, power up!
Tai: Lightning Strikers, power up!
Kara: Diamond Cutter, power up!
Karen: Amethyst Blaster, power up!
Joe: Onyx Chargers, power up!
Max: Thunder Sabre, power up!
Max strikes Gigatron with the Thunder Sabre. The attack has no effect on him. Tai gets close and fires a pair of lightning bolts at him. The bolts reflect and hit Max. He is temporarily stunned. Gigatron takes advantage of the situation and grabs him. He tosses Max away from the rest of the Rangers. Joe places the Onyx Chargers on him and blasts. Gigatron just laughs.
Gigatron: I really thought you Rangers would put up more of a fight.
Karen: I'll show you a fight!
She fires the Amethyst Blaster at him. There are some sparks and he steps back.
Gigatron: What! How did that happen?
To finish him Victor and Kara both attack. The Diamond Cutter and Fire Staff have no effect.
Victor: Only Karen's weapon works!
Karen: This one's all mine then.
She steps up to attack again. As she prepairs to fire a large group Time Force officers show up and surround the monster and the Rangers.
Captain: It's over monster. Surrender now.
Gigatron: You think your pathetic squad of Time Force agents can stop me.
Victor: Get out of here! Let us take care of this.
Captain: You had your shot alone. Now it's in our hands. Captain Logan's orders.
Kara: I don't care who's orders they are. This guy is too strong for you.
Gigatron: You should listen to the Rangers.
Captain: Fire on 3. 1.......2......
Joe: Don't do it!
Captain: 3!
The Time Force agents all open fire on Gigatron. Their blasts are not hurting him, but they keep fireing. Gigatron starts powering up all his blasters.
Max: He's gonna fire!
Victor: Everyone get down, NOW!
The Eastern Rangers hit the dirt but the Time Force agents continue to fire. Gigatron finishes charging up.
Gigatron: Now you all die.
He jumps into the air and releases a blast. The explosion engulfs the entire area. Nothing is visible through the blast. Gigatron teleports away. Slowly the blast clears. The blasts have caused the Rangers to de-morph. They slowly stand up and look around. All they see is rubble and the bodies of the Time Force agents. None of them survived.
Karen: I don't beleive it.
Tai: They never stood a chance.
Victor: We have to stop Gigatron and Gridster before any more lives are lost.
A dozen emergency vehicles and just as many Time Force vehicles arrive on the scene. Rescue workers rush out to check on the Time Force agents. Captain Logan steps out of a vehicle and comes over to the Rangers.
Captain Logan: I WANT YOU ALL IN MY OFFICE IN 30 MINUTES! THIS IS YOUR FAULT.
Kara: We told them to get ou.......
Captain Logan cuts her off.
Captain Logan: I didn't ask for your version. Get back to headquarters right now.
Kara: Fine. Let's go guys.
They all slowly walk away.
Joe: This is NOT our fault.
Victor: I think we better make it clear to them just what is going on here and who is really in charge.
Scene 5
Setting: Captain Logan's office. The Rangers are waiting for Logan to return.
Max: We're gonna set this straight.
Tai: We should just quit and go home if this is the attitude they're gonna have.
Kara: Yeah really. We have no reason to care. This doesn't happen for 1000 years.
Victor: Everyone just calm down and let me handle this.
Captain Logan enters the room.
Captain Logan: Your poor perfomance out there cost us 20 officers. What do you have to say for yourselves?
Victor gets right in Logan's face.
Victor: Let's get this straight Captain. You blame us for your mistake.
Captain Logan: MY mistake?!
Victor: You obviously haven't thought much about what Girdster and his monsters can do. Maybe in your time Rangers fight mutant criminals. Gridster's monsters do not have the limitations of mutants. They can be as powerful as Girdster wants to make them. They will not hesitate to destroy everything, including the planet itself.
Captain Logan: My men have more experience fighting than any of you.
Victor: They've never fought anything like this. If you EVER send men out without our request again we will give you back the morphers and go home.
Captain Logan: I should have you all arrested.
Tai: Go right ahead. But we wouldn't be in jail long before Gridster just destroyed it anyway.
Karen: We want to help this time period. All your officers did today was waste their lives.
Joe: Your weapons combine with our powers are strong enough to stop them, but the weapons are only a boost of our power.
Max: Only we can fight them. The best thing for Time Force to do is to help the citizens durring attacks and help us with weapons.
Victor backs off. Captain Logan sits down with a somber look on his face.
Captain Logan: I see. I'm sorry. Just let me know what you need and we'll work with you.
Victor: Thank you.
The Rangers walk out of the office. Victor is the last to leave. Just before he exits he pauses.
Victor: We're sorry about your men. We did everything we could to get them out of there before the blast.
Captain Logan: .........
The Rangers are walking down the hall. As they are walking the alarms start going off.
Joe: Now what?
Captain Logan's voice comes over the loudspeakers.
Captain Logan's voice: Gigatron is attacking the city again. Rangers please go stop him.
All Rangers: BACK TO ACTION!
Scene 6
Setting: Just outside the city. Gigatron is prepairing to fire a blast. Just before he can release it the Eastern Rangers teleport in and fire their laser pistols at him. He loses the charge and turns around.
Gigatron: Back for more already?
Karen: You won't be so cocky when we get done with you.
Gigatron: Hey Rangers, where is you Time Force backup. Hahahahaha.
Tai:(softly) That's it. (very loud) YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO THOSE PEOPLE!
Gigatron: I'm not afraid of your idle threats Ranger. I know I can defeat you.
Max: Let's just find out.
The Rangers move towards Gigatron. Gigatron runs up to them. He swings at Joe. Joe ducks. Tai and Karen grab his arm. He tries to shake them off. He is strong enough that he lifts them into the air.
Karen: This wasn't a good idea.
Tai: Someone get me down!
Victor: Hold on guys. We're comming.
Victor and Max run up and try to grab the monsters body. They latch on. Gigatron is not slowed down by their weight.
Max: Oh man. This guy is strong!
Kara and Joe look on trying to come up with a strategy.
Joe: So what should we do?
Kara: I don't think grabbing on will help any.
Joe: We can't blast him with the others over there.
Kara: We gotta do something.
Gigatron: I'm tired of this little game.
He charges up and fires a blast. Victor, Tai, Karen, and Max are sent flying. Victor, Tai, and Karen land near each other. Max is quite some distance away from the others. Kara and Joe run up to help the 3 near them.
Tai: That was not fun.
Karen: We know physical attacks are useless.
Victor: We gotta stop this guy right now!
Gigatron looks at the 5 Rangers. He notices Max in the corner of his eye.
Gigatron: I'll deal with you 5 in just a moment.
He turns towards Max.
Max: You're mine Gigatron!
He starts running towards the monster with his Thunder Sabre.
Gigatron: Give me a break.
He charges up. Just before Max can hit him he fires a super concentrated blast the Ranger.
Victor: MAX! LOOK OUT!
Max: AAHHHHHH!
The blast nails him. There is an explosion. Max falls to the ground. His suit flashes and vanishes. There are sparks comming from his morpher and wires hanging out.
Gigatron: One down, 5 to go.
Kara: Max!
Joe: This guy is too much.
Tai: We're in big trouble now.
Act 4
Scene 1
Setting: The battlefield. The Rangers are staring at Gigatron. After a few moments they run over to help Max.
Karen: Are you alright?
Max strugles to get up. The others help him to his feet.
Max: I'll be ok, but my morpher is trashed. Look at it.
Victor looks at the morpher.
Victor: I don't think it's gonna work like that.
Max: Only one way to find out.
He breaks Tai and Joe's grip on his shoulders and staggers a few steps.
Max: IT'S MORPHIN TIME!
He activates the morpher. It shorts out. It sparks and sends some energy into his body, knocking him down again. He slowly picks himself back up.
Max: It's broken.
Joe: Uh, I think we can see that.
Karen:(angrily) Joe.
Joe: Sorry.
Tai: You better get back to Time Force. Maybe they can fix it.
Max: Yeah, I'll see you guys soon. I hope.
He teleports back to Time Force Headquarters.
Victor and the others regroup.
Gigatron: Ready to join him?
Victor: You've blasted your last victim! Fire Staff, power up!
Tai: Lightning Strikers, power up!
Kara: Diamond Cutter, power up!
Karen: Amethyst Blaster, power up!
Joe: Onyx Charger, power up!
All Rangers: Eastern Blaster!
Victor throws the Fire Staff into the air. It stays suspened horizontaly. Tai throws up the Lightning Strikers. They land sideways on top of the Fire Staff. Kara tosses the Diamond Cutter. It sets on top of the Strikers. Karen throws the Amethyst Blaster. It lands on top of the Cutter with it's handle forming the handle of the Eastern Blaster. Finaly Joe tosses the Onyx Chargers and they hook onto the bottom of the Strikers. The Eastern Blaster falls into Victors hands. The other Rangers stand to his sides.
Victor: FIRE!
A beam with all the Ranger's colors leaves the blaster and hits Gigatron. He is shaken by the power of the blaster.
Karen: I think it worked.
Joe: He sure didn't like it.
Gigatron: Ohhh....You Rangers wanna play with big cannons huh? Gridster, do your thing!
Scene 2
Setting: The Moon Palace.
Gridster: Grid powers, strengthen him.
A portal opens in the sky. The monster is taken into it. There is a flash of light as the portal closes. He then reappears as a giant.
Gigatron: Now I'll take this whole city out with one shot!
Tai: Not if we can help it.
All Rangers: WE NEED ELEMENTAL ZORD POWER, NOW!
Scene 3
Setting: The zord holding bay. The main door opens. An orange, blue, white, purple, and black streak of light leave. When they arrive at the scene the orange one touches down and in a ball of flame the Firezord appears. The blue one lands. Lightning surrounds the Lightning Ninja and then dissapears. A bright flash of light shines as the Diamond Slasher appears. Crystals grow from the ground and the Amethyst Ninja emerges from them. The black light touches down and the light forms the shape of the Onyx Deputy. The Rangers teleport to the cockpits.
Victor: ELEMENTAL MEGAZORD POWER!
The Zords jump up into the air. Firezord retracts it arms, legs, and head. Lightning Ninja transforms into and arm and attaches to the left side of Firezord. Diamond Slasher also forms into an arm and connects to the right side. Amethyst Ninja becomes the left leg and Onyx Deputy becomes the right leg. The Firezord head re-emerges with a helmet on.
Gigatron: I'll crush that tin can of yours.
Kara: Just try it.
Joe: Oh sure, make him mad.
Tai: Here he comes.
Gigatron swings at the side of the Megazord. He gets the Rangers by surprise and sends the Megazord to the ground.
Victor: Enough. Everyone just get along long enough to fight this goon.
Joe: Sorry.
They get the Megazord back on it's feet.
Tai: You're gonna pay for that.
Gigatron: I'm so scared.
Karen: You should be.
The Megazord leaps into the air. It drop kicks Gigatron. The blow doesn't hurt him at all.
Gigatron: You'll have to do better than that.
Victor: Ok, how's this! Elemental Megazord Sabre!
A sabre drops from the sky into the Megazord's hand. At the base of the blade are the symbols of the Ranger's elements. The symbols light up as the blade strikes Gigatron. A white light begins to shine inside him.
Gigatron: AAHHHHH!
Joe: He's dust.
Tai: Wait, he's doing something.
Gigatron begins to focus his power to fire a blast. He also includes the energy from the sabre.
Gigatron: MY TURN!
He fires the beam. It nails the Megazord and causes every part of it to begin shorting out.
Victor: Oh man, he used it against us.
Karen: We need the Thunder Battlezord's help.
Tai: I hope Max can get back here soon.
Scene 4
Setting: A Time Force lab. The Gold Morpher is lying on a table. Max is standing nervously by the door. A technician is working on it.
Max: So how's it look?
Technician: Bad, but I think I can at least get it to work long enough to finish this battle.
Max: Well that's better than nothing.
The man adjusts some wires and closes the morpher back up. He hands it to Max.
Technician: Be careful. If anything start going wrong shut it down, ok?
Max: I will.
Technician: I'll monitor the morpher from here. Hopefully I can get some more info on it's condition for you.
Max: Thanks. BACK TO ACTION!
He teleports out.
Scene 5
Setting: The battle. Max teleports in. He sees the Meagzord getting beat up by Gigatron.
Max: THUNDER BATTLEZORD POWER, NOW!
The zord holding bay opens. A gold streak of light leaves. As it strikes the ground there is a loud blast. The zord appears.
Max: Hey bully. Take this. Thunder Destroyer.
The blasters fire and nail Gigatron. It doesn't hurt him, but distracts him long enough that the Megazord can get away.
Gigatron: Oh you'll pay for that you moron.
Victor: We gotta pull it together.
All Rangers: THUNDER MEGABATTLEZORD POWER!
The Thunder Battlezord and Elemental Megazord fly into the air. The Thunder Battlezord breaks apart. The pieces connect to the Elemental Megazord to form armor and a massive set of blasters on the arms. It lands.
Gigatron: That's one big tin can.
Joe: You'll see just how much of a tin can this is.
All Eastern Rangers: THUNDER CYCLONE!
The Thunder Megabattlezord fires both blasters. They combine in mid air and form a massive column of energy. It nails Gigatron. He attempts to focus the energy into a blast, but he explodes before he can.
Victor: That was too close.
Max: One more second and he would've sent that right back at us.
Kara: We gotta get those new zords going. Soon.
Act 5
Scene 1
Setting: The Moon Palace.
Gridster: Hmm. So those Rangers beat another one of my monsters.
He paces back a forth a little.
Gridster: It matters very little. Gigatron would've destroyed them if he lived a second longer. Those Rangers will soon fall at my feet. Their zords are no match for my superior powers.
Scene 2
Setting: Time Force Headquarters. The Rangers are having a conference with the chief engineer.
Victor: So how are those new zords coming?
Engineer: We're almost done. There is still some stuff to be done but the bulk of the work is finished.
Tai: Good. The Elemental Zords won't survive much longer.
Max: Any word on my Morpher?
Engineer: Yes. It is stable for now. But I'm afraid it is slowly leaking it's power. You will soon lose all of it.
Max: So that's it. It was fun being a Ranger while it lasted.
Karen: It's not over yet Max. He said it's stable for now.
Engineer: You must continue to fight with the others until we can find a way to save the power.
Max: I will.
Tai: Man, if this keeps up we'll have some big problems.
Kara: We just have to hold out for now.
Victor: We'll get him guys. Soon enough, we'll get him.
