Zeltrax
Zeltrax is Mesogog's henchman. He helps fight the Rangers, and like Elsa,
almost never gets things right. The only thing keeping him safe from
Mesogog's wrath is his occasional success. Zeltrax was once one of Dr.
Oliver's friends, nicknamed "Smitty". He blamed Dr. Oliver for his lack of
success. After a lab accident he is revived my Mesogog as Zeltrax.
Dr. Oliver is eventually forced to destroy him to protect the world.
