Bartok finds 5 Celtarian youths who were destined to be the next Celtarian Rangers.  He discovers that the coins they posses can drain the power away from the Eastern Rangers, since they are using Celtarian upgrades.  The youths are kidnapped by Bartok and put under a spell.  They go to fight the Eastern Rangers.  When the Rangers morph the youths hold out their coins.  The Rangers are drained of all their powers.  The evil Celtarians now have it.  Only DragonFire Ranger is left to fight them.
