The Celtarian Rangers search the universe to find another group of Rangers to help them.  They find out that the destruction of their power source had a ripple effect that destroyed the powers of every Ranger.  Eventually they find the stories of the Eastern Rangers.  Since the Eastern Ranger's powers are dormant, they might still work.  Zordon summons the Eastern Rangers and the episode ends with them successfully reactivating their powers.
