Act 1
Scene 1
Setting: Onboard Transport 1. Commander Tigris has just finished talking to Tai. Raznor, Callard, and Blizzard are there with him.

Commander: We now control the whole planet. Victory is ours at last.

Raznor: You’re plan worked flawlessly sir.

Callard: Just as we knew it would.

Commander: With the Rangers no longer a threat, I’d say it’s time to go down and address my new subjects.

Blizzard: The Rangers are still not destroyed sir. Perhaps we should wait just a bit longer until Promethium Ranger finishes them off.

Commander: I’ll just make sure Promethium Ranger is there with us. That way if the Rangers do show up he’ll take care of them.

Callard: I’ll prepare a ship for us.

Commander: No need. We’ll use the teleportation device to speed things up.

Callard: Shall I go set the coordinates then?

Commander: Of course, you idiot.

Callard goes over to the main control panel in the room and presses a sequence of numbers.

Callard: All set.

Commander: Then activate it and let’s go.

Callard presses on last button on the console and the 4 of them teleport away.

Scene 2
Setting: The control room of the Tigris Megaship. The Eastern Rangers are just arriving after resting for several hours.

EECA: Did you get rested up Rangers?

Joe: Not as much as I’d like to have, but enough to be able to function at least.

Kara: Now we just have to figure out how to beat Tai, and then beat a whole planet full of Tigris Rebels.

Max: It almost sounds easy when you simplify it so much.

Justin: Except for that planet full of Rebels thing.

Victor: Enough jokes. It’s time to get serious. This is our last chance to end this. If we fail this time, it’s all over. Tai has been toying with us, but I’m sure the Rebels will make him finish us off this time. Whatever we do, it’s all or nothing.

Max: You sound like you don’t plan to come back alive unless we win.

Victor: I don’t. Like I said, it’s all or nothing, and I’m going to give it my all if I have to.

Joe: As much as I hate that thought, you’re right. I’m making the same commitment.

Kara: Me too.

Karen: I’m in.

Max: You have my promise.

Justin: Count me in as well.

Victor: Good. Now that we’re all on the same page as far as what lengths we’re willing to go, it’s time to make a plan.

Alarms start going off inside the Megaship.

Victor: EECA, what’s going on?

EECA: Commander Tigris and his generals have just appeared in the city. It looks like Promethium Ranger is there with them. They are sending a broadcast signal to every device in the world. Should I tune in for you Rangers?

Victor: Yes.

Act 2
Scene 1
Setting: The rooftop where Commander Tigris and his generals are. The Commander begins his broadcast.

Commander: People of the Earth, I am Commander Tigris, you’re new ruler. I’ve come to give a demonstration that will end any hope you have of your precious Power Rangers saving you. I will make them come here now and face their destruction.

He turns a bit, as if facing a different camera.

Scene 2
Setting: The Tigris Megaship. The Rangers are watching the broadcast. Commander Tigris turns, seemingly looking straight at them.

Commander: Rangers, you will teleport here immediately and face your end at the hands of Promethium Ranger. If you refuse to come, or chicken out, I will obliterate this entire city. If you still don’t appear, I will destroy another city every 3 minutes until you either appear, or I destroy the whole planet. The choice is yours. You have 60 seconds to make up your mind.

The image goes blank as the transmission ends.

Victor: So much for getting a plan. We have no choice. This is it guys. Everyone ready?

Justin: Yeah.

Kara: As ready as I’ll ever be.

Karen: Let’s go before he destroys the city.

Joe: I’m ready.

Max: Let’s do this.

All Rangers: IT’S MORPHIN TIME!

Victor: Let’s go.

EECA: Good luck Rangers.

Max: Thanks, we’ll need it.

The Rangers teleport away.

Scene 3
Setting: The rooftop where Commander Tigris waits for the Rangers.

Commander: They have 30 seconds left.

Promethium: They’ll be here.

As if on cue, the Rangers teleport in, right in front of Commander Tigris and his generals.

Commander: I knew you would show up if I threatened the city. It’s time for your final battle Rangers. Promethium Ranger, I order you to destroy the Rangers. No more games.

Tai: As you command sir.

Victor: You should be ashamed of yourself Tai. You’ve sunk even lower than the scum you serve.

Tai: Shut up you fool! You’ll soon understand why I did what I did. Hopefully then you’ll forgive me for betraying you.

Kara: How can you talk of forgiveness now? You’ve destroyed the world Tai! You know we can’t beat you, so we can’t save it! When you left us you talked of saving the world. Instead you doomed it.

Her head tilts towards the ground as she continues speaking.

Kara: What hits me even harder though is how you’ve betrayed me. I loved you Tai. Part of me still loves you. But you threw it all away. You’ve even tried to kill me with your own hands.

She is now crying.

Kara: I wish I wasn’t here right now. I wish I didn’t have to fight you. I wish you didn’t have to fight me. I would give anything to not even be a Ranger right now so that I didn’t have to do this.

She stops crying and gives only a few sobs. Also, she lifts her head back up.

Kara: But unlike you, I’m not so selfish and weak that I’ll drop everything, turn my back on those who need me, and give up all my moral convictions. You may have stronger Ranger powers Tai, but you are by far the weakest excuse for a human being that I have ever met.

Tai steps back, as if Kara’s words have genuinely hurt him.

Tai: I see. I was hoping that it wouldn’t come this far. But I couldn’t stop it. I’m hoping that what happens during this battle will change your opinion of me Kara.

Commander Tigris and the Rangers seem puzzled by Tai’s comments.

Kara: It’s doubtful Tai. The damage is already done.

Commander: Just what are you planning Promethium Ranger?

Tai doesn’t answer. Instead he charges at the Rangers.

Tai: This is it Rangers!

Victor is standing slightly in front of the other Rangers, so Tai reaches him first. Tai swings his left arm towards Victor. Naturally, Victor moves to block the arm. As he moves to block Tai pulls his right arm back as far as he possibly can. With all the force he can Tai slams his right arm into Victor's helmet. Everything seems to pause, and Tai's fist can be seen against the visor of Victor's helmet. After what seems like a few seconds, but is actually fractions of a second, the visor begins to crack. Then a few shards fly off into the air, exposing part of Victor's face. Under his helmet you can see a look of shock on his face from what just happened.

The moment is short lived and the action changes back out of slow motion. Victor goes flying from the force of the punch. He sails back past the other Rangers and out over the edge of the building they are perched on. He barley manages to grab the ledge before he starts falling.

Tai is standing still, still in the pose he used to hit Victor.

Kara: Victor!

She runs over to help Victor get back on the roof.

Max: That was.....incredible. I've never seen speed and power like that.

Tai ends his statue act and turns to face the others more directly.

Tai: Glad you're impressed. Now it's your turn!

Before anyone can react Tai is right in front of Max. Instead of just one arm, Tai pulls back both arms. His fists charge with power. Max attempts to block, but before he can even get his arms up into position Tai slams both fists into his chest. There is a flash as the energy in his fists transfer to Max's body. There is a loud bang and Max goes flying. Unlike Victor, he doesn't lose momentum at the building's edge. He slams hard into the side of the building next door. Glass is heard falling from the windows he broke as he smashed into the building.

Tai: Don't bother chasing him. He won't be getting up for a while.

Joe: Oh crap, we're dead.

Karen punches his arm.

Karen: Don't talk like that.

Joe: It's true.

Karen: I don't care! I don't wanna hear that stuff!

Without warning Tai appears before Joe.

Tai: Yeah, shut up!

He slams Joe in the stomach with the same kind of punch he used on Victor. As the punch hits Joe's Ranger suit vanishes for a split second, the reappears. Joe pitches forward clutching his stomach, and then falls to his knees. He collapses completely, his head landing on Tai's boot. Tai shakes him off.

Karen: JOE!

Tai: Your turn!

In a fluid motion he swings his body around. His arm whips around, slamming Karen in the back of the head. She falls face first to the ground. The impact with the concrete rooftop creates deep gouges in her helmet's faceplate.

At this point, Justin and Kara are the only Rangers still standing. Kara is still trying to help Victor get back on the roof. Tai races towards them, intending to push her over the edge, sending both her and Victor falling to the ground. Fortunately Justin is able to step into his path. The impact from Tai's speed sends Justin sailing off the roof. He is heard screaming on the way down. There is a loud crash as he hits the pavement far below.

Justin's actions caused Tai to stop cold long enough for Kara to get Victor back up over the edge. By now he's unconscious. She has just enough time to gently lay him down when Tai grabs the back of her helmet.

Kara: Let me go Tai!

Tai: Time to take a nap.

He sweeps her legs out from under her, then with full force slams her head into the rooftop. Part of the cement gives way beneath her helmet, leaving an imprint. Also, shards from the visor and plastic of her helmet are forced out from under her by the pressure Tai put on her.

Now none of the Rangers are standing. It even looks like several of them are dead.

Commander: That was impressive Promethium Ranger. Why didn't you ever do that before?

Tai: It wasn't part of my plan. Besides, they aren't dead. They'll be out for a while, but I'm sure when they come to they'll line right back up to fight again.

Commander: You're so sure of their fighting spirit. Why?

Tai: Because I fought along side them. They know they're beat, and now they're badly injured on top of it, but they still won't give up.

Commander: Very well. Then we'll wait for them to recover. And when they do, you'll wipe them out in one last final blow.

Tai (reluctantly): Yes. One last final blow.

Scene 4
Setting: The rooftop.

Over an hour has passed. Throughout that time, each of the Rangers has regained consciousness. The whole team is now once again assembled to fight. They look terrible. Victor, Kara, and Karen's helmets show the damage they've taken. Max's suit is torn up all over from the impact with the building, as is Justin's from his impact with the ground. Tai's dirty handprints can still be seen on Joe's stomach.

Victor: This is bad guys.

Joe: He almost killed us.

Karen: I think that was our last warning. I have a feeling this time he's really going to finish us off.

Max: We have to fight. He can't be that much stronger than us. He just can't.

Tai walks over to them.

Tai: Shut up Max. I am this strong. I've just been holding back all the times we've fought so I didn't kill you all.

Victor: I thought you wanted us dead.

Tai: I told you I had a plan. It's almost done, but not quite. It's not your time to die yet Rangers.

Commander Tigris hears this and gets very upset.

Commander: I told you to kill them! Do it! RIGHT NOW!

Tai: No!

Commander: How dare you disobey me! I gave you that power and I'll just take it back!

Tai: I don't think so Commander. You released me from that, remember?

Commander: Grrrrr......you're right.

He begins walking towards the Rangers.

Commander: If you won't finish them, then I will!

He gets up to the Rangers.

Commander: This is the end!

He extends his arm. A massive blaster appears. He aims it right at the Rangers and begins to charge up.

Tai: Yes, this is the end! DIE!

Tai moves so fast that none of the Rangers are able to clearly see what just happened. All they see is Commander Tigris' weapon shut down, then vanish in a puff. Tai is now on the other side of the Commander, in the same frozen pose he used after hitting Victor.

Suddenly sparks fly from Commander Tigris' midsection. His top and bottom halves begin to slid apart. They don't slide very far before the Commander falls backwards and explodes in a massive blast. The blast knocks all the Rangers, Tai included, to the ground. Even Raznor, Blizzard, and Callard are knocked down. The building nearly collapses from the stress.

Max (stunned): He.....killed him.

Kara: What just happened?

Tai: My plan just happened.

Scene 5
Setting: The rooftop. Several minutes have passed. No one has moved or even made any audible sounds. They've all just been standing there stunned at what has happened. Eventually Tai relaxes a bit then breaks the silence.

Tai: It's over Rebels. The invasion is off. Get your troops off this planet and go back to your own. You're commander is dead. I win this war.

General Raznor steps forward to answer Tai.

Raznor: Stupid boy. You didn't pay very close attention to the details of our little organization did you?

Callard: Defeating the Commander does not mean you've beaten us.

Blizzard: As long as there is a general in this army, we will continue the invasion as planned.

Callard: You have two choices now Promethium Ranger. You either destroy all three of us, or you fight off our whole army individually. Take your pick.

Raznor: No Ranger, Callard is wrong. You don't have a choice at all. We'll make you pay for betraying us. You're just lucky the Commander removed the restrictions on your powers, or you'd already be dead.

Tai: Heh, why do you think I waited so long and served him so well? I had to get his trust and get myself freed. Then it was only a matter of waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.

Raznor: Prepare to fight Promethium. But don't expect any help. After what you did to your friends I doubt they'll care much about what we do to you.

Tai: With or without the other Rangers, I will defeat you and end this war.

Act 3
Scene 1
Setting: The rooftop. Victor, Justin, Kara, Karen, Joe, and Max are huddled several feet behind Tai. They are trying to figure out what to do next.

Karen: Does this mean he's just been acting this whole time? That he's really still one of us?

Max: I don't know. He never seemed too restrained in battle. I'd say if he were just acting, he'd have caused a lot less damage than he did.

Joe: So do we help him fight them off or not?

Kara: You all realize that if we don't help him and the Rebels defeat him they'll come right after us next don't you? We really don't have a choice.

Justin: How do we know he isn't just trying to get control of the planet for himself? I mean, he did say he won this war.

Max: It does sound like he may still be against us too doesn't it?

Joe: If he really is trying to get control all for himself that would explain a lot. It explains why he fought us so mercilessly yet still betrayed the Rebels.

Karen: You're being awfully quiet Victor. What do you think?

Victor responds after a moments pause.

Victor: I don't trust him any more than the rest of you do. However, right now we share a common enemy, and that enemy is more powerful than any of us. He can't beat them by himself. And if he looses, we lose our best shot at ending this war.

Tai tilts his head back a bit towards the other Rangers.

Tai: I could care less whether any of you trust me right now or not. But I know how powerful these generals are, and if you don't help me then we all die here today, along with the rest of the planet.

The Rangers break out of their huddle and walk up beside Tai.

Victor: We're fighting beside you, not with you. Got it?

Tai: Whatever. Let's just end this war.

He turns to face Victor.

Tai: Don't try to include me in any battle plans. Just do your thing and I'll get out of the way as necessary.

Victor: Sounds good.

Victor faces Tai.

Victor: And by the way, we're all glad you haven't totally turned evil.

Tai: Now's not the time for this. It's time to fight.

Scene 2
Setting: The rooftop. General Callard steps in front of the 7 Rangers.

Callard: You're right Promethium Ranger. It is time to fight.

Raznor: This is a fight to the death Callard. If you try to run before you finish them off I'll kill you myself.

Callard: I'm not the coward you think I am Raznor. I may not have your power, but I am a general of this army for a reason.

Raznor: Go!

Callard walks slowly towards the Rangers.

Tai: Everyone listen. He's the weakest of them. He'll put up a good fight, but he shouldn't require Ultimate power or anything like that. Our numbers advantage should be enough.

Max: That's good to know.

Tai: Don't get happy yet. Blizzard and Raznor are significantly stronger than him. I'll consider this first fight merely a warm up for the real battle that's in store for us.

Joe: Oh man.

Victor: Here he comes!

Callard breaks into a run and reaches the Rangers. The Rangers fan out and surround Callard.

Tai: You're dead Callard.

Callard: We'll see about that traitor!

Callard lashes out at Tai. Tai dodges the attack, causing Callard to lose his balance momentarily.

Victor: Now!

In a flash the Rangers summon their weapons. The Rangers with blasting weapons open fire. The ones with melee weapons wait till the first blast clears then move in to attack. Callard is on the ground struggling to get up. The Rangers reform their circle around him.

Blizzard: That moron let them surround him.

Raznor: Get ready to fight Blizzard. You'll be up soon.

Callard finally manages to get back on his feat.

Callard: I'm not finished yet you fools!

Raznor: You might as well be. Those Rangers don't even have to break a sweat fighting you.

Blizzard: Looks like you should've trained more often instead of relying on your position as general to keep you out of combat.

Callard: Shut up! I can handle this.

Max: No. You can't. It's over Callard.

The Rangers break their circle and regroup right in front of Callard.

Tai: What's the plan Rangers?

Victor: Now would be a good time to step out of the way Tai, unless you want to go down with him.

Tai back away from Callard.

Tai: Be my guest.

Callard: You arrogant Rangers. I am a general of the Tigris Rebel Army! You won't defeat my like you do the common monsters we sent against you.

Kara: You just watch us.

Easter Rangers: EASTERN BLASTER!

Victor throws the Fire Staff into the air. It stays suspended horizontally. Justin throws up the Lightning Strikers. They land sideways on top of the Fire Staff. Kara tosses the Diamond Cutter. It sets on top of the Strikers. Karen throws the Amethyst Blaster. It lands on top of the Cutter with its handle forming the handle of the Eastern Blaster. Finally Joe tosses the Onyx Chargers and they hook onto the bottom of the Strikers. The Eastern Blaster falls into Victors hands. The other Rangers stand to his sides.

Max: Lithium Saber!

Victor: Fire!

A beam with all the Ranger's colors leaves the blaster and hits Callard. Just as the beam hits, Max unleashes an energy blast from the Lithium Saber.

Tai: My turn!

He pulls back his arms and charges them with energy. He throws his arms forward sending the energy at Callard. The beam hits. Sparks fly from Callard as he falls to the ground.

Callard: NO! This can't be........

He explodes as soon as his body hits the ground.

Scene 3
Setting: The rooftop battle. The blast from Callard exploding has just cleared.

Karen: That's one down.

Max: And the hardest two to go.

Tai returns to where the other Rangers are standing.

Tai: Who's next?

Blizzard: That would be me.

Tai: Be ready guys. He's much tougher than Callard was.

Victor: I'm feeling pretty confident right now. We can take him.

Tai: It's not him that I'm worried about. It's Raznor.

Victor: What's so bad about Raznor?

Tai: You haven't seen power like his. It's unreal. Blizzard we can take. I'm not sure about Raznor.

A blast erupts between Tai and Victor, sending them both stumbling back.

Blizzard: You haven't beaten me yet, so stop talking about how you plan to defeat Raznor. You have to get past me first!

Tai: Fine by us. You'll be seeing Callard again very soon.

Blizzard: We'll see about that.

Blizzard starts walking slowly towards the Rangers. In response, they start moving forward as well, getting into position to fend off whatever attack he might unleash when he reaches them. As they all draw towards each other the Rangers begin to move faster, attempting to charge Blizzard. Without warning Blizzard stops cold and extends his arms, both palms facing outwards towards the Rangers.

Blizzard: Take this!

He fires a massive energy blast out of his palms that slams the Rangers. Having braced for physical attacks, they are completely defenseless against the energy blast. There is a giant explosion and the Rangers go flying.

Blizzard: Pathetic. I didn't think it would be that easy.

Raznor: Don't be so stupid. They'll be back up in a few moments, and I'm sure you won't get them like that again.

Before Raznor can even finish speaking the Rangers are regrouped and standing before Blizzard, ready to continue the fight.

Blizzard: That was the appetizer Rangers. Are you ready for the first course?

Tai: Bring it on!

Blizzard fires eye beams at the Rangers. Victor and Tai stay put, blocking the blast from the beams. The rest of the Rangers immediately fan out to launch a physical assault on Blizzard. Before Blizzard can notice what is happening Justin punches him from behind. He hunches over from the hit. Max and Joe come in from opposite sides and punch him. Karen and Kara come running up from the front. Karen jumps into the air. At that same moment Kara sweeps Blizzard's legs out from under him. Just as his legs leave the ground Karen plants her foot in his stomach, driving him full force to the ground. As he hits, she does a back flip off so she doesn't fall down as well. Blizzard is smashed partway through the rooftop. The Rangers gather around him.

Victor: You can use energy, that's for sure. But you're physical powers are worthless against us.

Blizzard slowly pulls himself out of the hole.

Blizzard: Morons.

He has a slight smirk on his face. Then the whole area lights up. Blizzard's body is the source of the light.

Joe: What the heck is this?

Blizzard: Now you all die!

An even brighter light starts to emit from him. It's shaped like a dome. Soon it covers Blizzard and all 7 Rangers. There is a crack, like a static electricity spark. Seven bodies fly off in all directions, not stopping until they each slam into a nearby building. They hit so hard that they indent the buildings and stick there. None of them are moving. Blizzard steps out of the energy dome. Energy from the attack is still draining from the dome, so it's still there.

Blizzard: How's that for power you stupid brats?

Max's voice echoes out of the energy dome.

Max: Pretty good Blizzard. Too bad you missed us.

Blizzard: WHAT?

He turns around. As he does, the dome finishes clearing out. All the Rangers can be seen standing there, unharmed.

Blizzard: How? That's impossible!

Justin: Take a look at what hit those buildings.

Blizzard scans the area. All he can see is chunks or rock embedded in the buildings.

Kara: Lucky for us the concrete made a nice shield.

Victor: I'm guessing our normal powers won't be strong enough to finish him off. Let's turn it up a notch.

Victor, Justin, Kara, Karen, Joe: ULTIMATE POWER!

Blizzard: You got lucky before. Let's see you try to avoid that blast a second time!

Blizzard begins building power for his attack.

Victor: We gotta do this fast!

The Rangers each resummon their weapons and combine them to form the Eastern Blaster. Max and Tai both also summon their weapons.

Victor: Fire!

A green beam leaves the blaster and hits Blizzard. The blast is too much for him. He stops building up his attack. Green bolts of energy can be seen moving over his body. He stands frozen for a few seconds, then his knees give out and he drops to them.

Blizzard speaks in a weak voice.

Blizzard: This can't be. I'm too powerful.

Tai and Max move up right in front of him.

Tai: Apparently, you're not powerful enough. Goodbye Blizzard.

Tai and Max both lift their weapons, then slash from opposite directions. Blizzard falls backward and explodes.

Max: One left, then it's all over.

Scene 4
Setting: The rooftop battle. The Rangers have again regrouped. They stand poised, ready for battle, in front of Raznor.

Raznor: Not bad for weaklings like yourselves.

Victor: Now it's your turn Raznor. You'll pay for what you've done here.

Raznor: I imagine you're feeling pretty powerful after beating two of the three Tigris Rebel Generals. That confidence will be your downfall. You see, I knew you would be able to destroy Callard and Blizzard. I let them fight first so that after I beat you I will be the undisputed ruler of the Tigris Rebels.

Tai: We've known all along you would be significantly harder to beat Raznor. We're ready for you.

Raznor: Tough talk for a miserable traitor. When this is over, you'll wish you wouldn't have betrayed us.

Tai: Doubtful.

Raznor: Have you all caught your breath from the last fights yet? I'd hate to start before you were fully prepared for me.

Kara: We're ready.

Raznor: Then let's start this.

No one moves for about a minute.

Raznor: Come on Rangers. I'll let you have the first move.

Tai (mockingly): How considerate of you.

Victor: Ok guys; let's make him regret that move. Go!

All 7 Rangers take off at a full run towards Raznor. As they approach, Raznor starts laughing. He focuses his stare on the Rangers and his eyes get wide. The moment he does this all 7 Rangers stop cold in their tracks. Their arms are down at their sides, and they struggle like they've been tied up.

Justin: What the heck is this?

Kara: He tied us up somehow, but where's the ropes?

Raznor: There are no ropes my dear. This is only the beginning of my powers.

Tai: Psychic powers huh? No problem. I'll just find a way out of your trap then clobber you with my physical powers.

Raznor: Stupid fool. I'm as strong physically as I am psychically. You'll never defeat me.

Max: This is bad. I can't move at all.

Raznor: Sure you can, but only where I say you can move.

Max lifts into the air, struggling even harder the higher he goes.

Max: What are you doing?

Raznor: Seeing how much abuse my new toys can take before they break.

Max starts flying around wildly, smashing into the others several times. Each time he collides with another Ranger sparks fly. This continues for several minutes. The sparks from impact start looking a lot like a fireworks celebration. Finally, after all the Rangers stop screaming from the pain, Raznor releases them from his powers. They drop instantly to the ground, too weak at the moment to even stand.

Victor: Is everyone ok?

Joe: No. I can't even move.

Justin: We can't even fight against something like that.

Tai: We have to find a way to stop him. If we don't, we all die.

Victor: Let's focus on getting up first before we worry about fighting him.

After a few minutes the Rangers finally manage to stumble back to their feet.

Raznor: I could wipe you all out without even trying right this moment if I wanted to.

Tai: So do it then! Prove it you coward.

Kara: Shut up moron!

Raznor: Don't be so hasty Promethium Ranger. I want to enjoy this. It's been so long since I've even had to use my powers. I'm going to toy with you for a while.

Justin: Then we'll beat you for sure.

Raznor looks surprised.

Raznor: And what makes you so sure about that?

Justin: Every time the bad guy decides not to finish off the good guys right away the good guys always find a way to beat him.

Raznor: Maybe so in fairy tales little boy, but this is real life.

Karen: Why don't you keep toying with us then and find out if he's right or not?

Raznor: I shall.

Raznor snaps his fingers. Without warning each Ranger is pushed to the ground and held there by an invisible force.

Joe: I feel like I'm being crushed!

Raznor: You are. Each of you is feeling like a 2 ton weight is on top of you.

Kara: But there isn't any weight.

Raznor: No, but your mind is telling your body that there is, so you'll feel the effect.

Victor: Idiot, you just gave us the key to beat you.

Victor lets out a yell, then jumps to his feet.

Raznor: Impossible!

Victor: Guys, just tell yourself it's not real. Focus on that thought, and you can break his mind games.

With a groan of effort each of the other Rangers also stands.

Raznor: Try this one!

Raznor stretches out his hands. The Rangers begin to get pushed back as if they're caught in a violent wind. The only move back a few feet then stop.

Raznor: No! You shouldn't be able to stand that. You should be flung off this building.

Victor: We know your psychic powers are only an illusion, so they won't work on us anymore.

Raznor lowers his arms.

Raznor: No matter. My physical skills alone will be enough to beat you.

Tai: Why don't you run your big mouth and tell us your weakness there to and save us the trouble.

Raznor: Stupid traitor!

Raznor moves blindingly fast, right up to Tai. With equal speed he sweeps Tai's legs out from under him, uppercuts him in the gut sending him into the air. He then leaps into the air and drives his elbow into Tai's back, sending him sprawling into the rooftop. Tai hits the roof with a sickening "thud" sound.

Kara: Tai!

Raznor: Anyone else want to make fun of me?

Victor: Max, we're gonna need some extra help for this.

Max: You got it. THUNDER SPLIT!

A gold glow surrounds the Lithium Ranger. His body appears to move to the side. There are now two bodies standing there. The glow vanishes and both the Thunder Ranger and Lithium Ranger are standing there.

Thunder Ranger: I hope this works.

Victor: Me too, because we're out of options at the moment.

Victor faces where Tai is lying.

Victor: Tai, are you ok?

There is no answer.

Victor: Crap, he must be unconscious. Guess we just have to do this ourselves till he wakes up.

Raznor: Hahaha! Promethium is the strongest out of all of you, and you saw how easily I dealt with him. You don't stand a chance against me and you know it.

Victor: We will beat you Raznor. We're just going to have to be very creative to do it.

Raznor: Allow me to crush that bit of hope right now!

Raznor vanishes into thin air, then suddenly reappears right in the middle of the group of Rangers. He lifts one leg and swings it around. Before any of the Rangers can even see that he's there he's knocked them all to the ground. They scramble to get back up, but as each one tries he quickly attacks them and sends them sprawling back to the ground.

Raznor: Pathetic fools. You can't even stand back up.

Joe: It's not like we're not trying.

Justin: This guy is way to fast. We can't do anything unless we can slow him down.

Karen: Anyone have any ideas how to do that?

Raznor: Brainstorm all you want Rangers. Unless you can come up with something you can do from right where you're at it won't do you any good.

Victor: We have to get back up.

Raznor: Not happening Rangers.

They continue to try to get up, and he continues to knock them back down.

Karen: This has got to be the most annoying fight we've ever had.

Raznor: Annoying? I think it's fun.

A beam goes flying over the Ranger's heads and strikes Raznor in the chest. He is knocked back a few steps. Raznor turns his gaze in the direction the blasts came from and sees Tai standing there, preparing to fire another energy blast.

Raznor: I thought I took care of you.

Tai: Move Rangers! NOW!

Tai begins firing a volley of energy beams at Raznor. While he's distracted trying to fend off the beams the Rangers scramble to get away. They regroup behind Tai. As soon as they do he stops firing.

Thunder Ranger: Thanks. You saved our butts there.

Tai: No problem. I don't suppose any of you know how we can beat him yet do you?

Karen: Not a clue.

Raznor: Not bad Promethium Ranger. I figured you'd be out of the fight for good after my attack.

Tai: That was a pretty impressive attack Raznor, but lucky for me you grossly underestimated my powers.

Raznor: This is turning into quite a game. I think it's time to quit playing and start getting serious!

Raznor pulls out a bottle. He then smashes it on himself. He turns to stone. His body shatters and a cloud of dust shaped like it expands into a giant. He then solidifies.

Raznor: Hahaha. You couldn't defeat me in my normal form, so let's see how you do with my giant form.
 

Act 4
Scene 1
Setting: The city. The Rangers are standing on the rooftop, staring at the giant Raznor.

Victor: I think it's about that time guys.

Tai: Don't even mess around with the weaker megazords. Get that Ultrazord running as fast as possible.

Victor: We will.

Joe: This is going to be so weird fighting side by side with the same zord we've been trying to destroy for so long.

Tai: I bet you're glad now that you failed to do that.

Thunder Ranger: Just a little.

Victor: Enough chit-chat. Let's do it!

Victor, Justin, Kara, Karen, Joe, Thunder Ranger: TIME JETS ONLINE!

Scene 2
Setting: The Tigris Megaship. The cargo bay opens. A small runway extends out of it. The Time Jets engine's fire up. After building up pressure for a few seconds the jets launch out of the bay. The Rangers teleport to the cockpits.

Victor: Time Jet Megazord power!

The Orange Time Jet starts to fly in a formation. The Blue and Black Jets fly on its left and right with the wings almost touching. The White and Purple Jets turn and fly backwards, lining up with the tail section of the Orange Jet. The Gold Jet flies a few dozen feet above the Orange Jet. The Orange Jet transforms its wings and tail fins into slots to hook arms and legs. The White and Purple jets fold their wings up and attach to the Orange Jet. Blue and Black do the same. The Blue and Black jets bend to form arms. The White and Purple Jets bend to form feet. The Gold Jet lands on top of the Orange Jet to finish forming the body. The Orange cockpit swings down revealing a head. The Megazord turns upright and lands.

Lithium Ranger: LITHIUM WARROIR ZORD!

A gold beam leaves the Lithium Ranger's morpher. The sky turns black. Three gold lightning bolts strike the morpher. Where Lithium Ranger was standing his zord now stands.

Tai: PROMETHIUM WARRIOR ZORD!

The sky turns black. Two funnel clouds touch down and converge on the Promethium Ranger. They draw into his body. He starts expanding to zord size. As he grows, his body changes from human Ranger to the Promethium Warrior Zord.

Tai: I'll keep him busy while you guys pull it together.

Victor: Thanks man.

The Promethium Warrior Zord moves towards Raznor and begins attacking him.

All Eastern Rangers: TIME JET WARRIOR ZORD POWER!

The Rangers press the buttons under their consoles. The Time Jet Megazord and Lithium Warrior Zord begin to glow. The Megazord shrinks a little bit, while the Warrior Zord expands. The Warrior Zord then splits in two. The halves move in front of and behind the Megazord. They then close over the Megazord and become one piece again. The resulting machine stands the same size as the Time Jet Megazord normally is. It looks just like the Time Jet Megazord except the colors are that of the Lithium Warrior Zord. The glowing stops and the eyes of the zord light up.

Lithium Ranger: Almost done.

Tai: Hurry up. I'm getting beat down here.

Raznor is smacking the Promethium Warrior Zord around. He smacks it, sends it flying, then quickly gets in its path and sends it flying in yet another direction.

Kara: Ouch, that looks really painful.

Victor: All the more reason to get this done as quickly as possible.

All Eastern Rangers: ULTRAZORD POWER!

The Tigris Megaship appears in the sky above the Time Jet Warrior Zord. The Time Jet Warrior Zord jumps into the air. As it rises above the Tigris Megaship the Megaship begins to climb so that both zords are constantly the same height in the air. In a flash of light the Megaship breaks apart into 5 separate pieces. Two attach to then wrap around the arms of the Time Jet Warrior Zord like armor. Two attach to the legs and do the same as the arms did. The 5th piece molds itself around the head to form a helmet. The resulting machine is twice the size of the Time Jet Warrior Zord and looks very bulky. Out of the backs of the arms 2 guns rise and come up over the shoulders. Thrusters appear in the outside of the legs. The Ultrazord then comes crashing down to the ground and leaves a small crater where it lands.

With one last hit Raznor sends the Promethium Warrior Zord crashing into the ground. The impact makes a huge crater.

Tai: I'm sorry guys. My zord is trashed. I can't even move.

Victor: That's ok Tai. You kept him off our back long enough to get the Ultrazord going. We'll take it from here.

Tai: All I can say is good luck, cause you're gonna need it.

Raznor: You get one free shot with that toy of yours before I do to you exactly what I did to Promethium.

Thunder Ranger: One free shot huh?

Victor: Are you that confident that you can beat us?

Raznor: There isn't a doubt in my mind.

Victor: Everyone get ready to do the Ultra Blast.

Karen: Wait! I just checked Raznor's readings. Even if we put all our power into that blast it won't be enough.

Lithium Ranger: You're saying we can't beat him?

Karen: Not with just the Ultrazord.

Victor: But the Promethium Warrior Zord is out of the fight. This is all we have.

Justin: Maybe not. I have an idea.

Kara: Then let's hear it.

Raznor: Come on Rangers. Take your shot and let's get this started.

Victor: He's getting impatient. We better hurry.

Justin: Right. Anyway, just because the Promethium Warrior Zord can't move, doesn't mean it's out of power.

Victor: Tai, how are your energy readings looking on that zord?

Tai: Energy readings are near 100%. But the body is so damaged I can't use any of it.

Justin: See, lot's of power. And we know that it's even more powerful than our Ultrazord.

Joe: What's your point?

Justin: We channel all of the Promethium Warrior Zord's power into our zord, then mix it with 100% of our power and use that for the Ultra Blast.

Victor: That's risky. If it fails it leaves no zords left to fight with.

Justin: And if we don't do it Raznor will smash this zord up and we'll lose for sure. If we don't try this we'll lose for sure. If we do, and it works, we win.

Lithium Ranger: I hate these odds, but he's right. There's no other way.

Victor: Then let's get started. Tai, start channeling you're energy into our zord. Guys, start powering up the Ultra Blast.

Everyone: Right!

Raznor: Are you just going to sit there and waste this chance Rangers?

Victor: We've got one Ultar Blast coming right up for you Raznor.

Tai: Starting transfer now.

The gauges that show the Ultrazord's energy level glow brighter than normal and begin to rise rapidly.

Karen: Charging up for Ultra Blast.

The cockpit dims as all the Ultrazord's energy is focused towards its weapons systems.

Victor: So far so good.

The exterior of the Ultrazord begins to glow as the energy builds up.

Joe: What are we gonna do if he uses that seed of his to dodge this?

Kara: You would think up something disappointing like that wouldn't you?

Victor: It's a very real possibility. Any ideas?

Justin: Can't we lock the blast onto his energy signals? That way even if he moves, the Ultra Blast will follow him.

Lithium Ranger: That would work.

Karen: Setting up energy lock.....now.

Victor: Let's see you dodge it now you creep.

An alarm starts going off in the cockpit.

Victor: What's that?

Joe: Our energy tanks are way to full. They're about to explode!

Thunder Ranger: Tai, are you done yet?

Tai: Not even 1/4 done. There's still a lot of power left.

Karen: It'll kill us to take that much at once.

Victor: We can fire what we have now as a steady beam. By the time that catches him we should have all the Promethium Warrior Zord's power and can send out one final wave of power to finish him.

Thunder Ranger: Sounds good.

Victor: Then here we go. The final attack.

All Rangers: Ultra Blast!

A narrow beam of light, about at think as the Ultrazord's hands, leaves the chest and flies towards Raznor.

Raznor: HA! Too slow!

Raznor vanishes just as the beam reached his location.

Karen: Good call on that Joe.

Victor: Now we just have to hope it works.

Raznor reappears several blocks behind where the Rangers are standing.

Raznor: You missed me.

Victor: Not quite.

The beam from the Ultra Blast flies up into the air and redirects itself towards Raznor.

Raznor: What the heck is that?!

Tai: It's a homing beam. You'll never get away from it now!

Raznor: NO!

Raznor starts racing all around the city trying to dodge the beam. He can't shake it. Slowly it gains on him until eventually it hits him right in the center of the chest. He is paralyzed by it.

Thunder Ranger: Got him!

Tai: Transfer complete! Finish him off!

All Rangers: FIRE!

The guns on the shoulders of the Ultrazord begin to charge up. The zord and the guns start to glow, though the rest of the zord is glowing dimmer than the two guns are. After a few seconds 2 very thin beams of energy erupt from the shoulder guns. They strike the monster making it unable to even move. Then the rest of the energy from the zord follows, still in the shape of the Ultrazord. The energy hits Raznor with full force.

Raznor: NOOOOO!

He explodes where he stands.

All Rangers, including Tai: YES!

Victor: It worked! It's over!

Tai: Finally.

Joe: We've got one heck of a clean up job here.
Victor: We'll break down the zords, power down, then contact Captain Logan and see if he has any suggestions.

Tai: I don't suppose you want any help from a traitor like me do you?

Kara: Tai, we'd be honored to have you come back with us.

Tai: Thank you everyone. I'll explain everything as soon as we get the earth back in shape.

Victor: Let's go.

In a flash the Ultrazord and Promethium Warrior Zord vanish from the city.

Scene 3
Setting: The control room of the Tigris Megaship. All 7 Rangers are standing in front of a viewing screen. Captain Logan is on the screen talking with them. The Rangers have just finished explaining everything.

Logan: I see. It sounds like you've had quite a battle Rangers.

Victor: We have sir. We just have one problem left.

Logan: What is it?

Victor: All the Rebel troops are still on the planet. They've been stopped by earth's armies and police forces, but there are millions of them. We can't possibly handle them. We need to get them of the planet. The sooner the better.

Logan: Give me a few minutes to try and contact the leaders of Tigris. I'm sure they'll be eager to prosecute the rebel factions on their own planet.

Victor: We'll be waiting to hear what you find out sir.

Logan: Logan out.

He vanishes from the screen.

Kara: I hope Captain Logan can come through for us on this. The Earth just can't deal with those troops.

Max: I'm sure it will work out. The Tigris have come through for us before.

The communication screen comes back to life. Captain Logan is there.

Logan: Good news Rangers.

Karen: Yeah?

Logan: The Tigris said they can teleport all the troops back to their world.

Max: Excellent.

Logan: There is one catch though.

Joe: What is it?

Logan: Their teleportation systems can't pull the Rebel Transport ships through. They have to remain in our dimension.

Justin: But we can't just leave weapons like that floating in the Earth's orbit.

Tai: Then we'll just have to destroy them.

Joe gives Tai a mean look.

Joe: With what? Nothing we have can take those ships out.

Tai: Not when there were troops there to defend them. But now they're just sitting there dead. A few well placed hits from the lasers on this ship and they'll be history.

Kara: You know where to hit them at?

Tai: Sure do.

Victor: It's a plan then. As soon as the Tigris get the Rebels off the planet we'll take off and destroy the Transport ships.

Logan: Watch your monitors. The Tigris should be teleporting them in a few minutes.

Victor: We will.

Logan: This may be our last conversation Rangers. With the Rebels gone the need to bridge our times is gone as well. I congratulate you all on a job well done, and wish you all the best for the future.

Victor: It's been an honor working with you sir.

Logan: Just one last caution Rangers. The technology you have now does not belong in your time. The regulations say that it has to return to 3000.

Kara: What?!

Logan: Calm down. I know you are all very responsible, and will only use your powers if there is no other choice. Therefore I am letting you keep it.

Max: Thank you sir.

Logan: Goodbye Rangers. Captain Logan, over and out.

The image fades.

Tai: I can't believe we're finally done.

Karen: I'll bring up the monitors of the city so we know when the Rebels are gone.

The screens all around the Rangers come to life. Each shows images of the city with the Rebel forces all rounded up by army personnel. Almost as soon as the monitors come to life every last one of the Rebels seems to dissolve into particles of light and vanishes.

Justin: That didn't take very long.

Victor: That means it's our turn guys. Let's do this.

The Rangers take their places at different spots on the control panels.

Scene 4
Setting: Just outside the Earth's orbit. The three Rebel ships are sitting there. A small speck rises from the Earth towards the ships. As it draws closer the Tigris Megaship comes into view.

Scene 5
Setting: The Tigris Megaship control room. The Rangers are looking at 3 screens, each showing a different Transport ship.

Victor: We're ready Tai. Where do we hit them at?

Tai: I'll program it.

Tai begins entering the coordinates into the computer. After a few minutes signals appear on all 3 screens showing that the lasers are locked on.

Tai: All set.

Victor: It all ends now.

All Rangers: FIRE!

Scene 6
Setting: Just outside the Earth's orbit. The Tigris Megaship fires 3 short blasts from its lasers. They hit the three Transport ships are hit and explode instantly.

Tai's voice: It's over now. It's finally over.

Act 5
Scene 1
Setting: A secluded area outside the city. The Rangers are standing outside of the Tigris Megaship, which they've hidden as best they could in the wooded area. Kara walks over to Tai.

Kara: You owe us one heck of an explanation for what you did Tai.

Tai (nervously): Yeah, I suppose I do.

He takes a seat on the ground to get comfortable. The other Rangers do the same.

Tai: After our first few battles against them I knew we weren't going to be able to beat them using our normal tactics. They weren't a force that you just tried to defend yourself from. I figured about the only way to beat them was to do it from inside their ranks.

He looks around at the others and continues his story.

Tai: Now, as a Ranger there was no way I could get in there. So I had to quit. And if I'd have told any of you what I was doing you probably would've done something that would make the Rebels realize my defection wasn't genuine. I had to have their complete trust to get close enough to Commander Tigris and his generals to do any real damage to their plans.

Max: So they just picked you out of the blue for the Promethium Ranger powers?

Tai: Not exactly. As you found out when you had to replace me, not just anyone can use Ranger powers. No one else they had available could use the Promethium power. Now as you can guess, they were very reluctant to give a former Eastern Ranger their best weapon. I convinced them I'd take any test of loyalty they'd give me. In the end they agreed, but put massive restrictions on my morpher and powers just in case I wasn't really on their side.

Tai: After those first few battles they decided I was ruthless enough with you. They figured if I wasn't on their side I'd never have beaten on you all so badly.

Kara (meanly): You sure had us convinced.

Tai: I'm really sorry everyone.

Victor: I can't ever agree with the tactics you used Tai.

Tai: Victor....

Victor: But, in the end it was your plan that allowed us to save this world. You did a lot of damage as the evil Promethium Ranger. But you prevented far worse in the end. You're not as idealistic as I am Tai. You're more practical. And in this case, your methods were what worked, not mine.

Tai: Don't apologize to me Victor. We're all different, and have different ways of fighting. That's what makes us a team. That is, if you'll have me back on the team.

Victor: That's not my decision alone to make.

Victor turns to the other Rangers.

Justin: I've got no problem with it.

Kara: I think I speak for everyone here when I say this Tai.

She walks up to him and grabs his hand.

Kara: Welcome back to the team Tai.
