Mechanic: Excellent. I made it in.

He is standing inside the main engine room for the time portal.

Mechanic: Gridster will be so happy with me. Maybe he'll even let me be the first to go back in time!

Scene 2
Setting: A conference room. One of Time Force's engineers is explaining something to the Rangers.

Engineer: So basically all that happens is the Time Core charges up and opens a portal to the past.

Kara: If all you need is the Time Core why do you have all this other equipment?

Engineer: The equipment is needed to controll the size of the portal. It also let's us determine where the portal goes. Without it the portal could go anywhere.

Max: I see.

Engineer: Most of our equipment is used so that we can monitor other times, even without opening a portal.

Tai: Sounds complicated.

Victor: If Gridster ever finds out about this stuff I'm sure he'll try to get it.

Joe: Oh man, I can't even imagine the damage he'd cause.

Karen: If we do our jobs we won't have to worry about it.

Engineer: I wouldn't worry. It would take some careful planing to be able to get in the main engine room to get the core. This place is a fortress you know.

Victor: Maybe so, but Gridster wouldn't let that stop him from trying. Let's go guys.

Karen: Thanks for the lesson.

Engineer: Anytime.

The Rangers leave the room.

Act 2
Scene 1
Settng: The Rangers bunks. Joe and Karen are the only ones there.

Karen: This place is amazing. I thought we had a lot of technology in our time.

Joe: Time travel just seems kinda irresponsible to me.

Karen: Why?

Joe: It would be all to easy for someone to decide they don't like their position in the world. All they'd have to do is go back in time and change something.

Karen: At least Time Force has controll of it.

Joe: Just becasue they are monitoring it doesn't mean they won't abuse it. Even if they don't, someone in the future could.

Karen: I never thought of that.

Joe: If Time Force wanted to take over our time, we'd have no technology strong enough to hold them back.

Karen: The same could happen to them, I guess.

Tai walks into the room. He hears the last part of the conversation.

Tai: Relax Joe. You worry to much.

Joe: So I suppose you have no worries about abuse of time travel?

Tai: None at all.

Karen: Why not?

Tai: You two forget, Timeline is stronger than any human force. He keeps everything in ballance.

Joe and Karen look blankly at each other.

Joe: Can't argue with that.

Tai: We have nothing to worry about.

He walks over to his bed and lies down.

Tai: We should just sit back and enjoy this ride while we can.

He closes his eyes and goes to sleep.

Scene 2
Setting: The Time Portal's main engine room. The mechanic is talking into a commuication device.

Gridster's voice: Did you make it in?

Mechanic: Easily. Those humans are so stupid.

Gridster's voice: Can you get the Time Core?

Mechanic: It's right in front of me. I should have no problem removing it.

Gridster's voice: Good, then do it.

Mechanic: I can't! Time Force will swoop in on me the second it's loose.

Gridster's voice: Well then, I'll just have to fake an attack on another area of the building to distract them.

Mechanic: That will work. As soon as I hear the alarms go off I'll get to work.

Gridster's voice: Excellent Chamelicon. I expect to see you very soon.

Scene 3
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster is ending his communication with Chamelicon.

Gridster: Now what kind of monster should I create for the job? I need one that can cause a lot of property damage quickly.

He glances down at the city and sees nothing he can use.

Gridster: All that high technology and they have no large earthmoving equipment.

He gets a smile on his face.

Gridster: But in the past they had large buldozers. I'll just create a monster like that.

He waves his arms around in circles. A mist appears in the room. It soon takes the form of a bulldozer. This bulldozer then mutates into a monster.

Monster: I am BullSmash. What do you desire of me?

Gridster: BullSmash? What a crappy name. Oh well. I have a very important job for you.

BullSmash: Yes master?

Gridster: Go and attack the north end of Time Force headquarters.

BullSmash: What! You think that'll get rid of them?!

Gridster: No. But it will distract them long enough for me to steal the time core.

BullSmash: I get it. I'm a decoy.

Girdster: Exactly.

BullSmash: No problem.

He teleports away.

Gridster: Soon all of time will be within my grasp. Hahahahahahahahahaha.

Scene 4
Setting: Inside Time Force headquarters. Victor and Max are talking in a hallway.

Max: I'm not sure how much time my powers have left.

Victor: I just hope we can find a way to preserve them.

Max: If we could just find a way to slow down the power leak.

Victor: I bet Zordon could fix it.

Max: Maybe we should try to contact him.

Victor: It's an idea.

Max: With the new Time Jet Megazord we can't do without it.

Victor: We'll find a way. Time Force is working on it.

Max: I just think we're placing too much depenance on them. Zordon always wanted us to do the best that we could on our own.

Victor: We're 1000 years in the future from then. There's enough technology here to get us through anything.

Max: I hope you're right Vic.

Scene 5
Setting: Just outside the north end of Time Force headquarters. BullSmash teleports in.

BullSmash: Time for some heavy destruction.

He steps back and stomps his feat for a while.

BullSmash: Ahhhhhhhhhh.

He charges towards the building. He impacts the side and breaks through the wall. He is now standing inside. Alarms go off all over the compound.

Captain Logan(over the loudspeaker): All soldiers report to the north end immediatley. We are under attack. We are under attack!

Victor and Max here the announcement.

Victor: What the...

The other Rangers run out of their room and see Victor and Max standing there.

Joe: You here that?

Max: This can't be good.

Karen: Let's get going.

Victor: Right.

All Rangers: IT'S MORPHING TIME!

The Rangers run towards the north end of the compound.

Act 3
Scene 1
Setting: The north end of Time Force headquarters. The Rangers run into the area. Other Time Force soldiers are all over the place with weapons aimed at BullSmash.

Victor: This is not good.

Kara: Guess this place isn't as secure as they thought.

Joe: Let's just take care of this quickly.

Karen: The Time Force officers should get outta here.

Max(to the officers): Get outta here. We'll handle this.

Head officer: No. Our orders are to protect this compound at all costs.

Tai: Get out of here!

Officer: No chance.

Victor: Oh man. Looks like we have to fight this guy off and protect them at the same time.

Tai: Piece of cake.

The Rangers charge towards BullSmash. He just smiles as the get closer.

BullSmash: I think it's time some of my friends showed up.

Karen: What is he talking about?

Lightning strikes all around the hallway. Dozens of Destroyers appear.

Joe: This just got worse.

The Time Force officers start blasting the Destroyers.

Max: They can handle the Destroyers. Let's get that ugly excuse for a bulldozer.

BullSmash: Hey, no fair. You're suppose to be fighting them, not me!

Kara: Too bad. Guess you'll have to arrange your funeral after all.

Her and Tai move up to attack BullSmash. Kara kicks him in the gut. As he squats down from the blow Tai uppercuts him right in the chin. He goes flying back. Victor and Karen jump over Kara and Tai.

Victor: Our turn.

Victor lifts BullSmash up throws him up into the ceiling. He is stuck in the roof. Karen jumps up, breaks him lose, and kicks him in the back as he falls. He slams hard into the floor.

Karen: That was too easy.

BullSmash slowly gets up.

BullSmash: You're right Purple Ranger. It was.

He steps back and stomps his feat for a while.

BullSmash: Ahhhhhhhhhh.

He charges at the Rangers. He is now shoving the Rangers, all the Destroyers, and the Time Force Officers down the hall.

Tai: This is one crazy ride!

Kara: How do we stop this thing?

BullSmash: You don't Rangers.

He continues shoving them down the hall.

Scene 2
Setting: The Time Portal's main engine room. Chamelecon transforms into his monster form. Alarms are going off all over the room.

Chamelecon: I guess the attack is on. My turn.

He reaches up and rips the time core out of the portal engine. He begins to run away when a loud voice interupts all the alarms.

Voice: WARNING! TIME CORE HAS BEEN REMOVED. WARNING! TIME CORE HAS BEEN REMOVED.

Chamelecon: You rat!

He blasts a speaker, then blasts the door down. He runs into the hallway.

Chamelecon: I gotta get outta here fast.

He hears a rumbling sound coming down the hall.

Chamelecon: What the heck is that?!

Scene 3
Setting: The crowd being shoved down the hall by BullSmash.

Victor: Someone is stealing the time core!

Karen: We gotta stop them.

Max: I don't think we'll be doing anything till this ride is over.

Joe looks down the hallway. He sees Chamelecon standing there holding the time core.

Joe: There he is!

Chamelecon: Oh crap!

BullSmash continues pushing the whole group down the hall. Chamelecon begins running down the hall, trying desperatly to avoid being sucked into the crowd.

Chamelecon: I'm not gonna make it!

BullSmash is gaining quickly on him. Within seconds he becomes a part of the group.

Chamelecon: You idiot! You're suppose to be keeping them away from me!

BullSmash: Boss?!

He stops. Everyone he was pushing flies up the hall a few feet, then lands hard. The Destroyers get back up with no probelm. It takes the Rangers, Time Force officers, and Chamelecon a few moments to get up. BullSmash runs up to help Chamelecon.

BullSmash: Are you alright?

Chamelecon: You moron.

He smacks BullSmash over the head.

BullSmash: Sorry.

Chamelecon: Let's get outta here.

Max: Hold it right there.

The Rangers move towards them to stop them.

BullSmash: I don't think so Rangers.

He motions to the Destroyers. They rush in front of the Rangers and hold them back.

Kara: I can't get through them!

Joe: Me neither.

Karen: We can't let them get out of here with that time core.

A voice comes over the loudspeaker.

Voice: SECURITY LOCKDOWN INITIATED.

Chamelecon: What's that mean?

BullSmash: I don't know.

All the doors in the compound are sealed shut by very thick security doors. Also the hallways begin to be divided off into sectors.

Chamelecon: We're traped!

Victor: You'll never get out of here with that time core.

BullSmash: We'll see. Aaaahhhhhhh!

He rams into a door, only to be knocked flat on his butt.

BullSmash: I didn't even dent it!

Scene 4
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster is watching as BullSmash tries to break through the door again.

Gridster: Hmmm. This is interesting. My monsters managed to get the time core, but the can't get it to me. I should be furious at their incompetence, but they do seem to have the Rangers under controll. I suppose it would be safe to go there myself and give them a hand.

He teleports away.

Scene 5
Setting: Time Force headquarters. BullSmash and Chamelecon are trying to figure out a way to get the time core to Gridster. BullSmash slams into the door a 3rd time. This time he leaves a small scratch.

BullSmash: Oh man. This is crazy.

Chamelecon: Maybe if you hit it a few thousand more times you can break through it.

BullSmash: Very funny boss.

There is a bright flash of light.

Kara: What is that?

Gridster teleports in.

Victor: GRIDSTER!

Gridster turns to face the Rangers. They struggle even harder to get past the Destroyers.

Kara: YOU'RE MINE!

Gridster: Temper, temper. I think you have your hands tied at the moment my dear.

Joe: You'll never get away with this Gridster.

Gridster: Of course not. But once I take over the past this time period will cease to exist anyway, so it's of little concern to me.

He turns and walks over to Chamelecon.

Chamelecon: Here is the time core master.

He gives Gridster the time core.

Gridster: Excellent. You have both done very well. I'll leave you to finish off the Rangers.

BullSmash: You got it.

Gridster teleports away. BullSmash and Chamelecon walk up to the Rangers.

Chamelecon: Now for some real fun.

He and BullSmash both prepair to fire. Just before they do sparks fly from all the Destroyers. They fall to the ground, setting the Rangers free just in time to dodge the blasts.

BullSmash: Crap! What happend?

They look past the Rangers and see the Time Force agents standing there with their weapons aimed.

Chamelecon: This is bad.

The Rangers circle in, surrounding the monsters.

Tai: Looks like we have the upper hand now boys.

Karen: Never mess with the Eastern Rangers.

Max: Get them.

The Rangers charge at the monsters. Max, Kara, and Joe go after Chamelecon while Victor, Karen, and Tai go for BullSmash. Max and Joe grab Chamelecon's arms. Kara jumps into the air and drop kicks him in the head. He falls. Tai and Karen repeatedly throw punches and kicks at BullSmash. He is busy blocking them and doesn't notice as Victor comes up behind him and sweeps his legs out from under him. The Rangers regroup.

Victor: Do it guys!

The Time Force troops open fire on the monsters. The monsters focus their power and divert the blast onto a nearby wall. It is blasted to pieces, leaving a huge opening to the outside. Chamelecon grabs BullSmash and lifts him up.

Chamelecon: Come on fool. This is our chance to get out of here.

They both run for the exit.

Max: Oh no you don't.

The Rangers and Time Force officers run after them. The monsters are too fast though and escape.

Victor(to Time Force officers): We'll take it from here.

Officer: Ok. Good luck.

Joe: Thanks.

The Rangers run out after Chamelecon and BullSmash.

Act 4
Scene 1
Setting: Just outside Time Force headquarters. The monsters are running away. The Rangers soon emerge from the building and are chasing after them.

Kara: I don't think we can catch them.

Max: I think you're right.

Tai: The Easter Blaster can reach that far.

Victor: Everyone stop.

The Rangers stop chasing the monsters. Chamelecon and BullSmash look back and see this. They also stop to see what's going on.

BullSmash: What are they doing?

Chamelecon: I don't know, but I don't like it.

Victor: Fire Staff, power up!

Tai: Lightning Strikers, power up!

Kara: Diamond Cutter, power up!

Karen: Amethyst Blaster, power up!

Joe: Onyx Chargers, power up!

Max: Thunder Sabre, power up!

Victor: Eastern Blaster power, now!

Victor throws the Fire Staff into the air. It stays suspened horizontaly. Tai throws up the Lightning Strikers. They land sideways on top of the Fire Staff. Kara tosses the Diamond Cutter. It sets on top of the Strikers. Karen throws the Amethyst Blaster. It lands on top of the Cutter with it's handle forming the handle of the Eastern Blaster. Finaly Joe tosses the Onyx Chargers and they hook onto the bottom of the Strikers. The Eastern Blaster falls into Victors hands. The other Rangers stand to his sides. Victor: Eastern Blaster, FIRE!

Tai, Joe, Karen, Kara: FIRE!

The beam from the blaster strikes right between the two monsters. There is a massive explosion that sends them both flying in opposite directions.

Max: You missed. My turn.

He charges at BullSmash and strikes him with the Thunder Sabre. He does the same to Chamelecon. They both remain motionless on the ground. Max returns to the other Rangers.

Max: Got 'em.

Joe: Good job.

Kara: But we still lost the time core.

Tai: We'll get it back, somehow.

Victor: Tai's right. We have to come up with a plan.

Scene 2
Setting: The Moon Palace. Gridster is looking at his fallen monsters.

Gridster: I don't believe this! They as much as had the Rangers beaten. Oh well.

Gridster: Grid powers, strengthen them.

A portal opens in the sky. The monsters are taken into it. There is a flash of light as the portal closes. The then reappear as giants.

Joe: I think I spoke too soon. Look!

The rest of the Rangers look back and see the giant monsters.

Chamelecon: Did you miss me Rangers.

Karen: Only one thing to do now.

Tai: Right.

All Rangers: TIME JETS, ONLINE!

Scene 3
Setting: A holding bay under the city. The street above opens. The floor tilts up and aligns with the opening, forming a runway. The Time Jets engine's fire up. After building up pressure for a few seconds the jets launch out of the bay. The Rangers teleport to the cockpits.

Victor: Hope everyone remembered to read the instruction manual last night.

Joe: Very funny Vic.

Karen: Let's show Gridster what these things can do!

The orange, gold, and white jets fly up into the air. The blue, purple, and black jets head down towards the ground.

BullSmash: Those pathetic toys look like flys!

Chamelecon: Then we should swat them!

Victor: Everyone in position?

Tai: Yep.

Kara: We're ready.

Victor: Then let's do it. The orange, gold, and white jets swoop down towards Chamelecon and begin fireing their guns. Just as he is about to swing at them the black, purple, and blue jets swoop up and do the same thing.

Max: Shall we?

Victor: Do it.

The Rangers all release their missles at once. They hit Chamelecon right in the chest. The blast sends him to the dirt.

Chamelecon: BullSmash! Watch it. Those little flies pack a punch.

Tai: You've only begun to see what a punch that is.

All Rangers: FIGHTER STRIKE!

The Jets align themselves in a somewhat circular shape. They begin to spin around. Soon the individual jets seem to vanish and a large energy ring replaces it.

BullSmash is distracted by Chamelecon's talking and doesn't see the Rangers get into formation. Suddenly the ring goes right through him.

BullSmash: OHHHHHHHH!

He explodes.

Chamelecon: BullSmash!! You Rangers are gonna pay for that.

He gets back up and begins firing at the Time Jets. Kara just dodges a blast.

Kara: He's not fooling around. We better kick it up a level.

Victor: Sounds good to me.

All Rangers: TIME JET MEGAZORD POWER, NOW!

The Orange Time Jet starts to fly in a formation. The Blue and Black Jets fly on it's left and right with the wings almost touching. The White and Purple Jets turn and fly backwards, lining up with the tail section of the Orange Jet. The Gold Jet flys a few dozen feet above the Orange Jet. The Orange Jet transforms it's wings and tail fins into slots to hook arms and legs. The White and Purple jets fold their wings up and attach to the Orange Jet. Blue and Black do the same. The Blue and Black jets bend to form arms. The White and Purple Jets bend to form feet. The Gold Jet lands on top of the Orange Jet to finish forming the body. The Orange cockpit swings down revealing a head. The Megazord turns upright and lands.

All Rangers: TIME JET MEGAZORD, POWER UP!

Chamelecon: So all the little bugs form together to make a bigger bug. That won't save you.

Max: You're reality check is here Chamelecon.

Chamelecon: What?

All Rangers: MEGA MISSLE!

The Megazord lifts it arms. They charge up and fire a blast that looks like 2 missles. They hit Chamelecon in the face. He explodes instantly.

Victor: Let's get back. I'm sure Time Force has taken heavy damage.

The Rangers shut down the Megazord and return to Time Force headquarters.

Act 5
Scene 1
Setting: The Moon Palace. Four monsters in cloaks stand in front of Gridster.

Gridster: You will go back and make sure they are victorious. Any questions?

All four monsters nod no.

Gridster: Good.

He pulls out the time core. He waves his hands around it a few time. It begins to glow. The glow gets brighter. After a few moments the glow shoots out as a beam. The beam splits into four parts and strikes the monsters. They vanish.

Gridster: Those Eastern Rangers will soon be out of my hair forever.

Scene 2
Setting: Captain Logan's office.

Captain Logan: I'm sorry to tell you this Rangers, but Max's powers are weakening quickly.

Victor: Isn't there a way to slow it down?

Captain Logan: We've been unable to find anything yet.

Max: Oh man.

Joe: Don't worry. We'll find a way.

An officer hurries into the room.

Officer: Sorry to burst in here sir, but this is really important.

He hands Logan a printout from the computer.

Logan: Oh no.

Tai: What is it?

Logan: There has just been a breech in time.

Kara: What does that mean?

Logan: Gridster has just used the time core.

Karen: We better get ready to go after him guys.

Logan: That's not possible.

Joe: It's not?

Logan: Without that time core, we cannot open a portal.

Victor: Oh no. Then there is nothing that can stop Gridster now.
